BARRELS

The Food Bank can deliver food collection barrels for your drive. Full barrels can be picked up and the food donations are weighed and recorded by Food Bank staff.
How Many Barrels Should I Order?
One barrel holds approximately 150 pounds of food. We suggest you take your food poundage goal and divide it by 150 to determine the number of barrels you will need.

BIODEGRADABLE PLASTIC BAGS

Standard grocery-sized bags with handles imprinted with our most-needed foods food. Distribute to your participants to boost your poundage totals.
The manufacturing and recycling processes for these plastic bags are more energy efficient and environmentally friendly than those for paper bags. Additionally, unlike many other biodegradable bags, these bags contain an ECM Biofilm additive that ensures that they completely breakdown in or out of landfills, regardless of their contact with oxygen or light.
DONATION ENVELOPES
Number-9-sized envelopes to distribute to participants to collect donations. Envelopes can be mailed directly to the Food Bank or collected by the drive coordinator and delivered to our office.
