Tony Gonzalez is a Senior Vice President and a Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in San Jose. He works with high-net-worth individuals, families, institutions and business owners throughout Silicon Valley who have diverse backgrounds and complex wealth management needs. He is bilingual in Spanish to better serve the Hispanic Latino community. Prior to his role with the Private Bank, Tony worked in the company’s Consumer Retail Banking, Preferred Small Business Banking, and Global Business Banking divisions supporting Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. He earned an MBA from Lucas Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University.
Tony is an active member of his community and a champion for diversity and inclusion. He was a founding board member of the Silicon Valley Hispanic Organization and currently serves as Chair of the Silicon Valley Hispanic Latino Business Council within Bank of America, which is dedicated to improving economic mobility, and as a board member of the Latino Education Advancement Foundation, which helps connect disadvantaged youth with education assistance and support programs. Tony joined the Second Harvest Board in 2022. He is a first-generation Hispanic Latino who was born to immigrant parents from Mexico. The journey was not easy and he remembers days without enough food to eat.
