Venk Nathamuni

Venk Nathamuni is Chief Financial Officer at Jacobs, Inc., one of the leading companies that provide engineering, technical, and professional services for building the world’s critical infrastructure. Immediately prior to Jacobs, Venk served as Chief Financial Officer at Cirrus Logic, Inc. He has more than 30 years of experience with deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry, corporate finance and strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Prior to that, he was at Arista Networks, where he served as Head of Corporate Finance, M&A, Investor Relations, and Information Technology. In this role, he was also responsible for financial planning and analysis and long-term strategic planning.

Previously, Venk spent nine years at Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., where he served as Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development and Head of Investor Relations. Before that, he held a variety of positions at J.P. Morgan, Synopsys, Synplicity, and QuickLogic.

Nakatanggap si Venk ng MBA mula sa The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, master's degree sa electrical engineering mula sa State University of New York sa Stony Brook, at bachelor's degree sa electronics at communications engineering mula sa Madurai Kamaraj University, India. Sumali si Venk sa Second Harvest Board noong 2020 dahil binibigyan siya ng food bank ng pagkakataong magbigay muli sa komunidad na may malaking positibong epekto na patuloy na ginagawa ng organisasyon sa pagtatrabaho upang wakasan ang gutom.
