Ingredients

Frozen Fruit Yogurt Bark

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced blueberries
  • 1 cup granola

Yogurt bark is an easy and fun way to create a nutritious snack or dessert. We love that you only need a few ingredients, some imagination and time in the freezer. For this frozen fruit yogurt bark, we took advantage of the summer seasonal fruit and used our favorite berries. Change up the toppings by using what you have in your pantry – honey, coconut flakes, or nuts and seeds are great options!

How to Make Frozen Fruit Yogurt Bark

Directions

  1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour yogurt on top. Spread yogurt until about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. 2. Top with strawberries, blueberries and granola.
  3. 3. Place baking sheet into freezer for about 3 hours, or
    until yogurt is firm.
  4. 4. Remove from freezer and cut into pieces. Enjoy!

Optional toppings: chocolate drizzle, honey, fruits, coconut flakes or nuts
