Inspired by the Chinese tofu pudding “Douhua”, this recipe is a quick and easy version that is dairy-free, using silken tofu as the base, making it rich in nutrients and high in protein. The honey and vanilla add subtle yet sweet flavor to have you indulge in the creaminess of this pudding. We use strawberries as our flavor of choice for this recipe, but feel free to substitute with your desired pudding flavor.

How to Make Quick Strawberry Tofu Pudding
